Type

A 15, 20 and 30-year term life insurance product with premiums payable to age 95. It offers a level death benefit with premiums projected to remain level for the term period. Premiums are guaranteed for 10 years, with an option to be guaranteed for the full term period at an additional cost. Also available with an optional return of premium feature.

Conversion Options

Policies are convertible on or before the tenth policy anniversary. Conversion available to a UL policy F & G Life makes available for conversions.

Tobacco Definition

No tobacco use for the past 24 months for Preferred Nontobacco users.

Special Underwriting
Features

Preferred Underwriting Guidelines

No ratable health impairments.

No more than one death in family history (parents or siblings)before age 60 due to cardiovascular disease or cancer.

No current or history of blood pressure treatment and no current history of blood pressure readings in excess of:
150/90 age 50 and younger
160/95 ages 51 to 65
(Blood pressure treatment allowed as long as controlled over the last 2 years).

No more than two moving motor violations in last 3 years and no DWI/DUI in last 5 years.

No tobacco use for the last 24 months for preferred nontobacco users.

Cholesterol no greater than:
260 age 50 and younger
280 ages 51 to 65
300 ages 66+

Cholesterol/HDL ratio cannot exceed 7.0
(Cholesterol treatment allowed as long as controlled over the last 2 years).

No alcohol or substance abuse.

Must meet acceptable height/weight requirements.

Aviation and avocation available at the appropriate flat extra rating.
