Re-entry |
Chase Insurance Super-T plans allow for one re-entry
qualification, at the end of the initial selected period
(i.e., after 20 or 30 years), as long as the insured is
younger at the time of re-entry than the maximum issue age
for that plan. Re-entry requires evidence of insurability
(at company cost). Insureds who qualify avoid the annually
increasing premiums that would otherwise follow their
initial level-premium period. Instead, re-entry premiums are
the same as those for a newly issued policy at the insured’s
age at the time of re-entry and are again level for the same
number of years (20 or 30) as the initial period. | |
Tobacco Definition |
Non-Tobacco rates apply to Preferred, Select, and Standard
if the insured has not used tobacco in any form within the
last 36 months prior to application
Premier no tobacco use in the last 60 months. |
